Vienna-based opera entrepreneur Samantha Farber grew up in Paris, France and Westport CT, graduating with a BA in French and Italian from New York University. Her first steps working in the classical music world were for CAMI video in NY and doing PR for opera singers in Vienna.  Sono Artists was founded in 2007 and has since helped launch careers of dozens of singers and built an extensive network of casting directors in the classical music world.  Samantha is also on many competition juries including the International Haydn Competition for Classical Lied and Aria, the Otto Edelmann Singing Competition, and in the past was on juries including the International Singing Competiton for Baroque Opera «Pietro Antonio Cesti» in Innsbruck, The Opera Crown Competition in Tblisi, The Vishnevskaya Competition in Moscow, and the Hilde Zadek Competition in Vienna.  Furthermore, she has assisted in putting together jury members.  She also has given seminars in Artist Management at the University of Music and the Performing Arts Vienna.  

Sylvia Saavedra-Edelmann´s career began at 27 at the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra. After moving to Berlin and Vienna, she continued teaching and performing, including singing with the Vienna Vocal Consort. In 2006, she founded the Otto Edelmann Society to promote young singers, organizing international workshops and competitions. She has also taught at ISA-MDW among at other European and Asian Universities, coached for The Summer Music Festival, and founded Plusopera, which has produced numerous operas and musicals. In 2023, she joined the team at Sono Artists in Vienna. Alongside her work as a producer and vocal instructor, she serves as a career adviser, focusing on strategic career planning and professional development for emerging talents. Additionally, she holds a diploma in Social Media from Austria Standards. Sylvia holds degrees in piano and vocal studies, with honors, from the Superior Conservatory of Music of Las Palmas. Stephanie was born in Lower Austria and attended a secondary school with a strong focus on music and the arts.  In 2023, Stephanie graduated in Primary Education at the University College of Teacher Education in Vienna.To broaden her expertise and academic foundation, she additionally enrolled in Musicology at the University of Vienna. Alongside her studies, Stephanie gained significant professional experience in Vienna’s vibrant culinary scene, working for six years as a service manager at the renowned restaurant Zum Schwarzen Kameel. Furthermore, Stephanie completed an observational internship for a children’s musical at the Theater der Jugend in Vienna, deepening her understanding of musical theater production and pedagogy in the context of children’s arts education.

With his background as a musician, sound artist, and researcher, Amar Priganica brings a distinct sensitivity for musical quality and artistic integrity to the team at Sono Artists. Following his studies in Vienna – including at the Academy of Fine Arts – and international experience in composition, organ, and electroacoustic music, he supports the agency’s singers as Artist Associate Manager in strategic positioning, project development, and international booking. Based in Vienna, Amar is also involved in several interdisciplinary sound projects focusing on sacred music and experimental formats.

After studying music in Lübeck and cultural management at the Hamburg University of Music, Daniela Spering worked for ten years in a managerial position at Konzertdirektion Schmid in Hannover and shaped numerous musical careers. In 2008 she founded her own company, ORFEO artist management. After more than 25 years in management, she decided to set up her own business as a career and performance coach in order to devote herself fully to the mental health and top performance of singers. She regularly gives audition coaching sessions at music universities and is a jury member in various singing competitions.
